Our Commitment
At Everline Skin, your satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to offering you high-quality skincare products and a clear, fair returns process. Due to the nature of skincare products and for health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened items unless they are damaged or faulty.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or store credit.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item has arrived damaged, faulty of incorrect.
- You have changed your mind, and the product is unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging. Please note for these types of returns you will be liable for the return shipping costs.
- You can locate and provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
We are unable to accept returns where:

The product has been opened, used, tested, or tampered with, unless it is faulty or damaged.

The return request is made after 30 days from the delivery date.
This is to ensure the hygiene, integrity, and safety of all skincare products we provide.
Return Timeframes
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items: Must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Change of Mind (Unopened Products Only): Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at info@everlineskin.com with the subject line: Return Request – [Your Order Number]
2. In your message, include the following:

Photo evidence (for damaged or faulty items)
3. Our team will review your request and respond with return instructions within 2 business days.
Please do not return any products without contacting us first.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund or store credit will be processed.
Return Shipping Costs

For damaged, faulty, or incorrect products, Everline Skin will cover the return shipping costs.

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Important:
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Everline Skin is not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will only be provided for products that are received by us unopened, unused, and in resalable condition, unless the product was faulty or damaged.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product fault or error on our part.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please submit a return request (if eligible) and place a new order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless damaged or faulty.
